Listen a Minute is an excellent site to get listening practice; there are lots of topics: from Aliens to Vandalism easy to find and work with.
You can do some listening with the podcasts you can find on the internet, have a look at this site; there are many others, find the topic and the level right for you.
Or you can have a look at Englishyappr and watch a video with or without the tapescript, there is also the option of reading the translation in Spanish! You won't dare say you don't understand English any more.
